How Indigo Elephant Came To Be…

Both of us had separate businesses we were trying to build and expand.

To be honest though, we were forcing ourselves to make those businesses work.

As we were trying to grow our coaching businesses, we did virtual assistant work to pay for our daily expenses.

We both had been doing this for years & never thought of it being our actual career and sole income.

Sara’s fiance helped us see the vision of what this could be if we both leaned into building a company to serve business owners like yourself.

That is when everything clicked.

In July 2022, Indigo Elephant Co was born, a business strategy & development company designed to help overwhelmed business owners move from chaos to clarity with our proven systems and dedicated support.

And everything fell into place! We now serve numerous online business owners from coffee companies to well-known fitness professionals organize & grow their business.

Heey There, I´m Sara

Sara has over 4+ years of experience in Executive Assistance, Graphic Design, & Online Business Management. She has worked with a wide range of 6 to 7-figure online business owners in various industries.

Sara’s all about strategy and structure. She’s the one who makes sure every “i” is dotted and every “t” is crossed, so you can hit those big, bold goals without all the stress.

When she isn’t serving her clients you can catch Sara listening to true crime podcasts on her long walks or curled up on the couch with a good dark fantasy book!

Hii, I´m Katie

Katie has over 6+ years of experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, and Virtual Assistant work. She has worked with a wide range of business owners – from several C-level executives to those just starting their business.

Katie has a deep love and passion for making things “easy”. She loves creating systems and processes that will provide EASE to help business owners feel confident and less overwhelmed in their business and everyday life. (and she LOVES inbox organization – a daunting task for so many!)

When she isn’t serving her clients you can catch Katie cooking something delicious up in the kitchen or organizing tasks for her next home project!
